Ingredients:
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Stevia granular (Taste the mixture at the end before cooking to see if it needs more sweetening, but it should be only marginally sweet)
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Essence or Vanilla granules
  • Optional: Cinnamon or Nutmeg as desired
Prep Time: 5 mins

Directions:
  1. Using custard or desert dish, beat eggs well.
  2. Add Stevia and flavorings.
  3. Stir cream into eggs and mix well.
  4. Sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon.
  5. Place in Preheated oven at 175Degrees for 20 minutes
  6. Custard will rise and fall as it cooks.
  7. Knife should come out clean when inserted in center of custard.
 Total Time: 25 mins
