1 Cup Full Fat Milk (Preferably Raw and unpasteurized, otherwise at least not homogenized)
2 Fresh Raw Eggs (Preferably organic and free range)
1/2 Cup of either Quark/Full Fat Greek Yoghurt/Sour Cream/Cream/Mascarpone (Depending on what's available)
1 Scoop of "Natural Factors Vanilla or Chocolate Whey Protein Powder"
Optional: 1/2 Banana or other small quantity of fruit as desired (About 1/2 cup of fruit only per person)
Instructions
Put all ingredients into a Blender or mix with a Hand Whisk/Hand Mixer or Food Processer.
Serve Chilled and Enjoy!
For Variation you can add extra things like cinnammon, or nutmeg, vanilla essence, stevia for extra sweetness or other spices to give it a different flavour each time.
** If you are concerned about using raw eggs, you can start out by using one and then increasing to 2 per shake as you get used to it. They really don't taste at all - so long as you adequately blend the whole mixture together.
