Distance Consultations

Distance Consultations consist of:
  1. The Client Filling out the Distance Health Questionnaire (File Link to the left) and sending it in for detailed analysis.
  2. Rachael reviewing the Distance Health Questionnaire and giving you a detailed analysis of the health issues from a holistic viewpoint via Email.
  3. A Diet and Supplement Recommendation list tailor made for you via Email.
  4. Skype Consultations to discuss your situation in depth (if desired) as well as follow up skype appointments to discuss your progress and adjust the diet and supplement recommendations (as requested by you)
