This is an excellent Mult particularly because of its activated form of B6, B12 and its inclusion of higher levels of zinc. It also has natural vitamin D and E which is non-toxic. I use this as my basic multi for most people - including pregnant and lactating women as it has the best nutrients, even better than most prenatal vitamins I have found. I use the no Iron version because the version that includes Iron has it in a non-organic form which is not very digestible and easily constipating. If someone needs additional iron I would recommend taking an extra iron supplement, that way the whole family can be taking this one multi, and adding other things to it as needed.

It is possible to use this as a child's multi as well - just at half the adult dose. It is particularly good for its zinc and magnesium content. It is in chewable form so is useful for those who do not like to swallow tablets.

This is the children's version of the above multivitamin. It is also useful for its zinc and magnesium content particularly and is generally well tolerated by kids, although the taste is not the best, most kids will eat it. It also has whole foods in it which is an added plus.
